Free Delivery On All Orders

We do not charge for deliveries or installation. We appreciate your business and this is our gift to you. This includes deliveries outside of UAE.

2-5 Business Days in UAE

We strive to deliver orders within 2-5 business days in UAE. On the rare occasion an order is late, our customer service team will be in contact. During Sale periods deliveries can take up to 10 days.

Door To Door Delivery

The Bloomr team personally delivers all orders with our own team & trucks. If you have a cleared path and a ready space, our team will help install your Bloomr items.

Florists Make To Order

All of our faux floral, orchid & plant arrangements are made to order. Please allow extra time for these orders to be made. Artificial water needs 2 days to set.

We Will Plant Your Tree

If you order a Bloomr Pot & a Bloomr Tree in the same order, our installation team will plant the tree in the pot with artificial moss. There is no extra charge for this service.

Signature Required

All Bloomr deliveries require a signature on delivery. Orders cannot be delivered without a representative on your side present to sign for the delivery.

Processing Times

Most Bloomr items are ready to ship immediately, with the exception of faux arrangements. All Bloomr faux arrangements are made to order by our team of Florists, therefore these items take 1-3 days to process. Arrangements that use artificial water take 2 days to dry.

Zero Delivery Fees

All Bloomr deliveries are free door-to-door deliveries.

Customs & Duties

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays with customs or immigration, and customers are responsible for coordinating with their local customs offices for delivery.  

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you that your item will be delayed. You can either cancel the order or we can help you select an alternate item. For back in stock alerts, please register your email on the product page to be notified when the item is back in stock.

Shipping Notification

Your order & payment confirmation will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you did not receive a confirmation email please check your junk folder in your email. If you do not find the notification in your junk folder, it is possible that the email was inputted incorrectly. In this case, kindly contact us and we can update the email address and send out a new order confirmation. Email Us

Order Tracking

Currently tracking is not available for Bloomr orders because our orders are delivered by our own Bloomr Logistics Team. We do not use 3rd party logistics.
